La Costa

La costa e' un`alternarsi di pareti a picco, insenature, calette con minuscoli e candidi ciottoli e spiagge di sabbia finissima, che vanno da Cala Sisine a Santa Maria Navarrese, disegnando uno spettacolo davvero emozionante per chi ne segua il profilo di un impareggiabile percorso via mare. Verso sud la costa si abbassa facendosi piu' frequentemente sabbiosa con scogli di porfido rosso come sul capo di bellavista e nelle vicinanze del porto di Arbatax.

L`acqua sempre cristallina di questo tratto del tirreno bagna Calamoresca, Porto Frailis e l`ampissima e bianchissima spiaggia del Lido di Orri' appartenente al comune di Tortoli' per proseguire verso la marina di Barisardo e Loceri con i famosi Faraglioni della spiaggia di Cea. La parte meridionale e' delimitata dalle spiagge di Coccorocci e di Tertenia.

Questi tratti di costa sono raggiungibili via terra e via mare, e per tale via sara' possibile anche utilizzare i vari barconi che dai porticcioli di Arbatax e Santa Maria Navarrese partono ogni mattina per lasciare i vari turisti nelle diverse cale. Al pomeriggio fanno rientro ai rispettivi porti di partenza. Mentre per gli amanti del Trekking e del naturalismo sicuramente e' occasione piacevole raggiungere queste cale con sentieri piu' impegnativi partendo a nord dalla SS. 125.
