The description of the apartments is as follows**:

**All of the apartments have air conditioning and heating, safe boxes , satellite TV, direct telephone line, WI-FI
- The rates include
- use of the apartment,water, electricity, gas, air conditioning and heating;
- use of the swimming pool for adults and children, sunbeds and pool umbrellas;
- use of the children's playground ;
- WI-FI connection;
- external parking area;
- garage (only for motorbikes);
- cleaning of the apartment every 7 days (excluding kitchen surfaces, cutlery, dishes and pans);
- change of bed linen every 7 days, change of towels and kitchen linen every 3/4 days;
- baby cot (to be requested upon booking);
- baby high chair (to be requested upon booking);
- transfer to and from Arbatax airport and port (to be requested upon booking).
- The rates do not include
- additional bed (double sofa bed in living room for 2 people):
€ 20,00 per day
- children0 – 3 years FREE OF CHARGE
- Extra charge services available
- laundrette (€ 5,00 per wash including washing liquid);
- extra cleaning of the apartment (€60,00 for the bilocale; €75,00 for the trilocale);
- extra linen change (€6,00 per person – set of towels / €6,00 per person – set of sheets);
- garage – to be requested upon booking (€8,00 per day for cars / FREE OF CHARGE for motorbikes);
- beach towel rental (€5,00 per week);
- bike rental (€5,00 per day).

| Cleaning | The apartments will be handed over in a perfect hygenic condition, the cutlery, pans and dishes will have been sterilized in a dishwasher. The cleaning of the kitchenette corner, pans, dishes and cutlery is the guests' responsibility.Violation of this at the end of stay will result in €. 50,00 subtracted from the security deposit paid upon arrival. |
PENALTY CLAUSE
In the case of booking cancellations - to be communicated in written form – the following penalty is applied:

| from 29 to 15 days before arrival | 30 % of the total price |
| from 14 to 7 days before arrival | 50% of the total price |
| from 6 to 3 days before arrival | 80% of the total price |
| from 2 days before arrival | 100% of the total price |
