Cagliari

Route:

Exit the east end of the port towards via Roma, viale Colombo, viale Poetto, until the traffic island: follow the indications for Villasimius and after around 3 Km (at the end of Viale Poetto - lungomare -) take the directions for SS 554. Once you reach the SS 554 follow the indications for Muravera - Arbatax - SS 125, turn left and you will find yourselves on the SS 125. On the S.S. 125 follow the indications for Tortolì-Arbatax, the state road continues, at around 30 km from Tortolì after the village of Tertenia, going through two tunnels, after the second tunnel you will find indications for Tortoli'. Pass through the towns of Cardedu and Barisardo, arrive at Tortoli' and continue towards Arbatax. Once you reach the village, turn right after the chemist and after about three hundred metres you will find the Residence Borgo degli Ulivi.

From the port of Porto Torres:

• Road: PortoTorres-Sassari-Nuoro-Tortoli' SS 131; bretella 131 Nuoro; Nuoro-Arbatax
• Time: about 2 hours and 30 minutes

Route:

Exit the port and take the SS 131 in the direction of Cagliari. After about 90 Km, at Abbasanta, you will find indications for Nuoro. Turn right and this will take you to the other part of the road always following the indications for Nuoro. Be careful here to follow the signs for Nuoro on the right because, if you go straight on, you will take the road for Cagliari. Follow the indications for Nuoro Ospedale and then Lanusei-Arbatax (you go through a tunnel of approx. 1Km). Follow the motorway until the junction for Villagrande Strisaili which you will find on the left in front of a small “Esso” petrol station after about 40 minutes drive from Nuoro. Cross the S. Barbara forest and you will arrive at the crossroad for Villagrande Strisaili; take the road for Tortolì. Once at Tortolì, carry on towards Arbatax and, once you arrive at the village, turn left after the chemist and after about three hundred metres you will find the Residence Borgo degli Ulivi.

Olbia

The port of Olbia is served by:

From Olbia Porto:

• Road: Olbia-Nuoro; Nuoro-Arbatax; junction SS 131
• Time: around 2 hours and 15 minutes

Route:

Exit Olbia keeping the sea to your left and take the direction towards Sassari-Cagliari and after around 2/3 Km of one-lane coastal road, you will find indications for Nuoro. Take the turn-off for Nuoro and the fast road for San Teodoro-Nuoro. The Olbia-Nuoro road is a junction of SS 131. It is a motorway, we recommend that you stay within the 90km/h speed limit and the speed limits where inferior. Once past the village of San Teodoro, turn right at the first sign for Nuoro and after around 60 km you will arrive in the vicinity of the industrial area of Nuoro. Be careful here to follow the signs for Nuoro on the right because, if you go straight on, you will take the road for Cagliari. Once at Nuoro follow the indications for Nuoro Ospedale and then Lanusei-Arbatax (you go through a tunnel of approx. 1Km). Exit the port and after crossing the centre of Golfo Aranci, follow the indications for Cagliari-Sassari­-Nuoro. Follow the SS 131 bis for Nuoro.
